Avidity Corporation combines precision CNC and contract manufacturing, fabrication and welding, tooling integration, and open-cast urethane molding to support OEM and industrial customers from build-to-print production through complete tooling and integrated assemblies.

Precision & Contract Manufacturing

Our Precision & Contract Manufacturing division produces tight-tolerance components and repeat-run production parts for automotive, aerospace, material handling, and industrial applications. We support aluminum, stainless, alloy and tool steels, and engineered plastics.

  • 3-axis & 4-axis milling, plate and frame machining
  • Multi-spindle and live-tool turning with bar-feed production
  • High-speed compact mills with pallets and rotary capabilities
  • Production and repeat-run components or assemblies
  • Tight-tolerance bores, faces and profiles

Typical work: billet pulleys, housings, rollers, chill plates, vacuum plates, weld tool components, bulkhead fittings shafts, platens, plate work, brackets, manifolds.

Fabrication & Welding

Our fabrication facility produces structural weldments, frames, cradles, carts, handling rings and systems supporting production, automation, maintenance and installation applications. We work build-to-print from customer drawings and models or help develop concepts into completed assemblies.

Polyurethane Molding (Open Cast)

Avidity produces open-cast polyurethane products that replace wearing metal, rubber, or plastic components. We focus on forklift and material handling wheels, wear components, and specialty parts where durability and load capacity matter.

We manufacture and integrate custom tooling, weld fixtures, cradles, handling rings, EOAT, and production equipment for real manufacturing environments. Projects range from customer-designed build-to-print assemblies to complete design-and-build tooling systems supporting manual and automated production.
