Who We Are
Avidity Corporation is a manufacturing and tooling integration company located in St. James, Missouri, providing CNC and contract manufacturing, custom tooling, fabrication and welding, material handling equipment, and open-cast polyurethane products. Originally established in 1995 as Wolfert Tool & Machine, the company was acquired in 2019 and transitioned into the Avidity brand. Under new ownership, the organization has expanded its manufacturing capabilities, added a dedicated fabrication operations, upgraded equipment and broadended its customer base accross multiple OEM and industrial sectors. Today, Avidity Corporation operates as a design-and-buld and build-to-print partner supporting projects from precision components and repeat-run production through custom tooling, integrated assemblies, and speciatly polyurethane products.

Leadership
Hugh Davidson — President & CEO
With a 30-year career spanning CNC machining, fabrication, polyurethane molding, industrial tooling,
and multi-site manufacturing operations, Hugh leads Avidity with a hands-on approach to quality,
efficiency, and customer support. His background includes executive roles at ATRO, HammerHead/Ditch Witch, Stellana,
and Trostel, bringing deep experience in production, engineering, procurement, urethane chemistry, equipment manufacturing and
large-scale OEM support.
